Nuclearfallout
Tactical nuclear fallout decontamination for combat vehicles and crews in hardened facilities in VR. High-pressure radioactive fallout blast wash, NBC filtration exchange, and shelter airlock ingress.
Six steps — Nuclear fallout washdown protocol
Tactical nuclear fallout emits penetrating gamma radiation. Rapid high-volume standoff deluge is required to achieve rapid dose attenuation before crew evacuation.
- 01
Gross fallout survey & hot-line staging
Direct contaminated armored vehicle into blast-hardened wash hangar. Conduct rapid standoff radiation survey to identify hot spots on roof armor and chassis.
- 02
Automated underbody high-volume deluge
Trigger submerged floor deluge manifold with multi-nozzle high-volume jets, stripping irradiated soil, mud, and road fallout from wheels, tracks, and hull underside.
- 03
High-pressure thermal surface sweep
Multi-operator washdown using 90°C high-pressure lances. Top-down sweep breaks the bond of vitrified fallout dust from sloped composite armor plates.
- 04
NBC air filtration & pack exchange
Decontaminate external intake cowlings before unsealing vehicle NBC filtration bay, safely depositing irradiated HEPA/charcoal canisters into sealed bunker vaults.
- 05
Crew tactical egress & personal scan
Crew dismounts directly through pressurized sealed vestibule tunnel without contact with vehicle exterior. Instant personal dosimeter and contamination portal check.
- 06
Hardened bunker airlock clearance
Personnel pass through multi-chamber collective protection airlocks into the command shelter following verified baseline radiation clearance.
Scored on standoff distance & rapid dose attenuation
- Gross deluge timing
- Underbody blast coverage
- Thermal lance sweep
- NBC filter vault disposal
- Hardened airlock transit
